Black Men make up one out of four players in the English Footbal leagues, yet the number of Black Males involved in the management of the game still remains few. So after so many years why are there still so few Black football managers and coaches?
The BBC covered this question at a recent special event organised by the Black and Asian Coaches Association with Noel Blake (England Under 19 Manager) and Michael Emenalo Chelsea’s technical director, to encouraging the new generation of Black coaches.
