On Monday 31st October 2011, Channel 4 will be airing a new 4-part drama called Top Boy telling the story of gang culture in a Hackney estate. It stars Ashely Walters (also known as Asher D) and the grime MC Kano. The Observer newspaper asked a group of young people to watch the series and share their views on it. They weren’t very convinced and felt it was unrealistic. What do you think? The show starts tomorrow at 10pm, it is not suitable for all ages, so ask your parent or guardian’s permission before watching.
